The Glittering Lights holiday drive-through is scheduled through Jan. 5 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. North. The event is set to feature more than 400 animated lights along a 2.5-mile racetrack. The event is scheduled to be open from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. WORTH A DRIVE
Golden Retriever Rescue Southern Nevada plans its holiday gift-wrapping fundraiser from Nov. 29 through December. Shop at participating stores and meet some golden retrievers. The gift-wrapping effort is free, but donations will be accepted. Donations help fund the rescue group’s programs and cover costs such as veterinary care.
