Toll Brothers is nearing completion of MacDonald Highlands' The Retreat, with less than 12 home sites remaining for purchase, according to the developer.
The available home sites offer views of the DragonRidge Golf Course.
A social membership in the DragonRidge Country Club is included in the purchase price of each home, company officials said.
One- and two-story floor plans range from 3,481 to more than 5,000 square feet, prices begin in the mid-$900,000s.
The homes feature entry courtyards, turret foyers, formal living rooms with coffered ceilings, Jacuzzi tubs in master baths, formal dining rooms and kitchens with breakfast areas.
The three decorated models are the Brindisi, Treporti and Vercelli.
The Brindisi offers a two-story casita option with a kitchenette on the first-floor and bedroom with full bath on the second.
The main portion of the two-story homes includes four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and studio. An oval foyer separates the formal living area from the den.
The dining room is connected to the kitchen area by a butler's pantry.
The design includes the master suite on one side at the upstairs and three bedrooms, with private baths.
A pool and garage workshop are featured in the decorated, two-story Treporti model. The pool includes a beach entry, swim-up bars and palapa shelter. The finished garage includes storage space, epoxy-coated floors and work counters.
The design includes a front entry courtyard and a circular foyer opening to formal dining, living and family rooms, plus kitchen.
The Vercelli model includes a casita that has been designed as a Zen retreat with meditation and massage space. The two-story home has four bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths. The model opens with a turret entry tower, leading down an art-accented walkway to a private courtyard. The home's second floor includes a library and two secondary bedrooms. The nearby master suite includes a private balcony.
Two additional floor plans are available within Toll Brothers' The Retreat at MacDonald Highlands -- the Modena and the Sondrio.
The five-bedroom Modena is a two-story home with a covered entry leading into the home's elevated foyer.
The Sondrio is a three-bedroom, single-story home with a front-entry courtyard leading into a circular foyer.
Each floor plan includes a split three-car garage, except the Modena, which has a split four-car garage.
