Toll Brothers builds valleywide

Toll Brothers is offering the chance to personalize homes at a savings during its National Sales Event through Monday. The offer will include special money-saving incentives at Toll Brothers’ new-home neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. The neighborhoods include Santaluz in Summerlin, Savona in the northwest valley, Mirasol at Mountain’s Edge and Inspirada in Henderson.

Santaluz in Summerlin is celebrating its grand-opening success. Three single-level plans, two of which are model homes, sit behind the gates of Paseo village. The homes measure 2,495 to 2,873 square feet, and have views of the Strip and the Spring Mountains. Floor plans have as many as four bedrooms and three-car garages. Pricing begins in the mid-$500,000s.

Summerlin has more than 150 miles of trails, 150 parks, award-winning schools, shopping, dining, entertainment and golf courses.

The gated Savona features single-story residences on half-acre homesites in the northwest Las Vegas Valley. The 64 designs range from 3,170 to 4,336 square feet. These open-floor plans showcase as many as five bedrooms and four full baths. They have garages with as many as four bays and recreational-vehicle access. One furnished model is open. Home prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

Mirasol at Mountain’s Edge features two collections, the Coronado and the Traditions. The master-planned community has more than 500 acres dedicated to parks and open space. Mirasol is a gated neighborhood that has community amenities such as a pool and spa.

The Coronado Collection has floor plans ranging from 2,097 to 2,464 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000s. The Traditions Collection features 2,525- to 3,218-square-foot one- and two-story homes starting in the mid-300,000s.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada in Henderson presents single-family and town-house designs. Coronado II features as many as four bedrooms with covered patios, two-car garages, plus the option for fifth bedroom and dual master suites. All are Energy Star rated with pricing from the upper $200,000s.

Montellano is a collection of two-story homes that measure as much as 1,800 square feet. Residents have access to resort-style amenities and are near shopping, dining and entertainment. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

Residents can take advantage of neighborhood and master-plan amenities that include a community center, private clubhouse, two pools, a fitness center, park, outdoor amphitheater, picnic and barbecue areas, tot lots, and trails. The neighborhood is near the Strip.
