Toll Brothers feature incentives for Traccia neighborhood in Summerlin

According to Gary Mayo, group president, Toll Brothers is offering $10,000 toward closing costs or an interest rate buy-down today through Jan. 30 at Traccia in Summerlin. Traccia features eight floor plans that range from 1,660 to 3,151 square feet with prices starting in the high-$200,000s.

Three homes are available for move-in including two Belle Monte plans and one Cordero plan. Designed as a two-story home with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths, Bella Monte measures 1,680 square feet and Cordero measures 1,830 square feet.

Traccia by Toll Brothers features three European-inspired architectural styles including Spanish Colonial, Tuscan and Versailles. The guard-gated neighborhood offers residents a variety of amenities including a clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, two pools, walking paths and jogging trails.

“Traccia’s central location in Summerlin offers residents convenient access to dozens of community amenities,” Mayo said. “Parks, walking trails, schools, shopping centers, restaurants — everything is within walking distance. It’s a great place to live.”
