Toll Brothers offers incentive packages in Las Vegas communities

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, continues its National Sales Event at participating Las Vegas communities through Oct. 9.

To take advantage of the deal, buyers must make a deposit on or before Oct. 9. Sales and incentive packages will vary among communities, so buyers should contact their community of interest to learn more. 

“We have partnered with our name-brand vendors, some of the top names in the industry, to bring you the best pricing on our award-winning customizable home designs in the most desirable locations,” said David Straub, division vice president. “If a luxury home is on your radar, this is the time and we are the home builder to explore,” he added.

As an added bonus, representatives from TBI Mortgage Co., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is available to offer mortgage guidance. TBI Mortgage has a selection of mortgage programs with interest rates, including both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages.
