Toll Brothers offers variety at Madison Grove in Providence

Toll Brothers presents the Madison Grove neighborhood in the master-planned community of Providence, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

A gated neighborhood, Madison Grove features two-story homes in a variety of floor plans.

Amenities include turret foyers, courtyards, dining rooms, great rooms, balconies, Roman tubs, game rooms and lofts.

Included with each home are three or four bedrooms, kitchens with slab granite counters, master bedroom suites, walk-in closets and three-car garages.

Prices start from the mid-$500,000s.

The Bellini plan features a light-filled great room, which features a two-story ceiling.

The 2,993-square-foot home features a master suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs.

The 3,244-square-foot Trapani features an entry courtyard.

Inside, the first floor includes a breakfast room, great room and a den.

A master suite with a sitting area and two bedrooms completes the second floor.

The largest home offered in Madison Grove at Providence, the 3,428-square-foot, three-bedroom Botticelli, features a central courtyard.

The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, and a room-sized closet in the master suite.

Also at Providence, Toll Brothers’ Franklin Park neighborhood offers six floor plans.

With its classical Americana theme, Providence has been described by many as “inspired by tradition,” according to the builder.

Providence features tree-lined promenades that spill into neighborhoods and old-fashioned ball fields in community parks.

The classic American literary theme of westward exploration is expressed via statuary throughout common areas of the community.

Huckleberry Park is named for Mark Twain’s classic character Huck Finn, and Knickerbocker Park is an homage to Washington Irving’s “Knickerbocker Tales.”

Youngsters play ball at the Brooklyn Dodgers’ namesake Ebbets Field as well as Doubleday Field, honoring baseball’s founder Abner Doubleday.

An estimated 4,000 mature, desert-adaptable shade trees are being planted throughout the master plan, according to the builder.

When complete, Providence will include 33 acres of parks and 10 miles of trails.

Also, ample acreage has been set aside for two elementary schools and one middle school. These educational facilities are in addition to the existing Centennial High School.
