Toll Brothers promotes The Retreat

Three fully furnished and professionally decorated model homes are now available for purchase at Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands, a staff-gated community in Henderson.

Model homes at MacDonald Highlands-The Retreat feature entry courtyards, turret foyers, formal living rooms with coffered ceilings, Jacuzzi tubs in master baths, and gourmet kitchens with breakfast areas.

The 5,272-square-foot Brindisi furnished model is priced at $2.15 million. One of its highlights is the optional two-story guest casita, which features a kitchenette and full bath. The home includes four bedroom suites, 51/2 baths and a studio. An oval foyer separates the formal living area from a den. The dining room is connected to the kitchen by a butler's pantry.

The two-story Treporti model measures 4,842 square feet and includes four bedrooms, four full and two half baths and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry. This finished model is priced at $2.14 million.

The 5,068-square-foot Vercelli has four bedrooms, 51/2 baths and includes a casita. Its turret entry tower opens to a private courtyard. Upstairs, a private owner's retreat features a bath with two walk-in closets. This finished model is priced at $1.9 million.

Home sites offer views, of the community's DragonRidge Golf Course.

A social membership in the DragonRidge Country Club is included in the purchase price of each home, according to Mayo.

In addition to the model homes, three completed, but unfurnished Toll Brothers homes are available, he said.

With a total of 13 homes left for sale at MacDonald Highlands-The Retreat, home prices start from the mid-$900,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Valle Verde Drive. Travel south to the community gates.

The guards will direct you to the models. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
