Toll Brothers to host barbecue today

Toll Brothers is hosting a barbecue at Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today.

Admission is free and the public is invited.

Each collection of models will have its own cookout station with musical entertainment in the courtyard.

Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of home designs priced from the high $100,000s.

Single-family home collections include the Barcelona, now priced from the upper $400,000s; the Balboa, now priced from the mid-$300,000s; and the Coronado, now priced from the upper $200,000s.

The homes range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet with up to four bedrooms.

The Casa Citta Collection features townhomes ranging from 2,736 to 2,817 square feet, with prices starting from the high $200,000s.

A Henderson version of New York's legendary brownstones, the collection includes a trio of three-story homes with three or four bedrooms.

All three plans are modeled. Homes feature large entertaining areas, kitchens with large preparation islands, master retreats with balconies and private first-floor bonus rooms that can be used as a guest suite, media center, exercise room or home office.

The Castellos Collection represents Toll Brothers condominiums. Each structure includes four condominiums ranging from 1,406 to 1,712 square feet.

These two-story homes include two or three bedrooms, master suites with a walk-in closet and separate shower and tub and lofts and balconies.

Prices start from the high $100,000s, and all floor plans are modeled.

The Inspirada village concept is pedestrian friendly and features streets with landscaped center islands and gentle curves.

Inspirada homeowners also will have access to a clubhouse that includes a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two swimming pools and a tot lot.

Located within Inspirada along Via Firenze Road off Volunteer Boulevard in Henderson, the Toll Brothers sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
