Turnberry Towers hits 40th floor milestone

The west tower at the luxury high-rise condominium project Turnberry Towers has surpassed the 40th floor, and the topping off is slated for June. Also in June, the east tower will be completed and available for occupancy.

Turnberry Towers spans 10 acres on the corner of Paradise Road and Karen Avenue. The high-rise condominiums offer views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains.

"Many people are discovering the advantages of the Turnberry lifestyle, including living in an ideal location near the Strip with low maintenance, five-star service, luxury amenities and much more," said John Riordan, senior vice president of sales for the project.

Amenities include luxury baths, top-of-the-line kitchens, electronic concierge systems, limousine service and a two-year membership to the exclusive Stirling Club at Turnberry Place, Riordan said.

The 80,000-square-foot Stirling Club features casual and fine dining, a 30,000-square-foot European anti-aging spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a virtual reality system, a Pilates studio, beauty salon, Jacuzzis, saunas, steam baths and an indoor lap pool.

Additionally, the club offers members a nightclub with live jazz music, piano lounge, cigar room, clay tennis courts and an outdoor mosaic pool.

One- to three-bedroom condominiums are available.

The one-bedroom residence with 1 1/2 baths features an open kitchen that leads to the great room. The one-bedroom also offers a counter bar.

The two-bedroom residence houses a den and features two baths, 180-degree views of the Strip and surrounding mountains, floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious living room.

The west tower also offers two-bedroom, two-bath residences.

Situated on the top 12 floors of the 45-story towers, the three-bedroom residences feature an oversized balcony overlooking the Strip.

Each of the contemporary-designed residences will be finished with Italian marble baths and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, General Electric Monogram appliances and 9-foot ceilings.

Prices range from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.

Turnberry Towers will feature the latest in Smart Home technology, providing each condominium with a private link to the outside world.

With the push of a button, residents will be able to request their car from valet, communicate with the front desk, schedule a maintenance appointment or discover the latest in dining and entertainment.

Within the gated community, each tower will feature a fitness facility, outdoor pool with sundeck, lavish landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.

Each tower's pool area will include a sandy beach entry into the water, heated spa, shallow wet deck area for chaise lounging and waterfalls flowing over a grotto seating area.

Additionally, each tower will feature a pool house with a bar and a barbecue area.

Other amenities include a putting green with putting surface, fringe and multiple holes and enclosed dog run area.

The Turnberry Towers sales office features a 1,658-square-foot, fully furnished model suite.

Turnberry Towers' model and sales office is located at 222 Karen Ave. and open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
