Tuscan Cliffs puts focus on leisure

From game rooms to grottos, Tuscan Cliffs emphasizes entertainment in four model homes showcasing a variety of entertainment options, according to sales agent Rob Evon.

“Our game room, featured in the Villa de Giovanni model home, is by far our most talked-about entertainment room,” he said. “It is an 1,100-square-foot option in the home which offers space for multiple elements. In the model home, it includes a media alcove with surround sound and an oversized flat-screen television, a custom poker table, a putting green, a fully equipped bar with seating and a conversation area near the balcony.”

The Villa de Gabriella model home also features a complete home theater with multi-level seating, a theater-quality audio system and a wall-sized screen.

“Everyone loves movies, and the home theater allows people of all ages to come together and enjoy a top-quality viewing experience,” Evon said.

A new trend in entertaining at Tuscan Cliffs is wine tasting, he said. Three of the development’s four homes are offered with wine cellars or wine storage space. In the Villa de Rafael model home, the lower level of the casita is shown as a wine grotto, complete with a wine cellar and tables for tasting.

“We have received many positive comments on our wine grotto,” Evon said. “It gives home buyers an idea of how they can store and showcase their own wine collections, which are often quite vast.”

Tuscan Cliffs’ Villa de Rafael home is also shown with a poker room in its upstairs loft area. The poker room is shown with a custom poker table and a plasma television.

“It is classic Las Vegas,” Evon said.

Each home is shown with an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and spa.

“Because every home site at Tuscan Cliffs is at least a quarter acre, there is plenty of room in our rear yards for entertaining,” Evon said. “Our models show a variety of water features that spark the imagination to create a functional and beautiful area for entertaining.”

Ranging from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet, the homes at Tuscan Cliffs provide the ability to design a custom home without the traditional inconveniences and time delays associated with custom-home building. More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models. Each offers a master suite with a separate retreat, a rear patio, central courtyard and common areas.

Standard amenities include stone paver driveways, granite countertops, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures. All homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors.

In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on heating and cooling expenses while providing quieter, more environmentally friendly homes, Evon said.

Base prices at Tuscan Cliffs start at just over $1 million.
