Valley Automall website a valuable resource for better customer service

An economic downturn has budget-minded families trimming expenses and clipping coupons to stretch dollars further. Nobody understands that better than Valley Automall, which celebrates its 15-year anniversary this year. Hard hit businesses have trimmed expenses, consolidated space and shuttered offices during the recession.

Valley Automall, however, has added five new dealerships since 2006 to improve customer selection, service and convenience. Findlay Acura, Mercedes Benz of Henderson, Findlay Lincoln, Lexus of Henderson and Findlay Audi all recently joined the automall's family, giving it 19 dealerships offering 24 vehicle brands.

"Our website offers quick and easy dealership directions and hours, as well as service specials and access to our full inventory of vehicles," said Robin Nolimal, chairperson of the Valley Automall Association. "It allows customers to window shop day or night in the comfort of their pajamas."

"We listen to our customers. We solicit their feedback in an effort to constantly improve what we do," said Valley Automall Manager Valorie Staley. "We strive to provide a wide array of customer products and services that will make vehicle ownership a pleasant and memorable experience."

Some products include in-vehicle technology that can provide global remote positioning directions, hands-free calling and security. Some systems unlock doors and start vehicles. Also, technology can notify drivers via email or smart phone when tire pressure is low or an oil change is needed.

"It can be extremely stressful and exhausting shopping for a car," Nolimal said. "Often times, families will have to traverse the valley to comparison shop, which can be costly given today's high-fuel prices. But Valley Automall makes it effortless. We have every make and model of new and preowned vehicle available, all within a few blocks."
