Veer Towers on Strip

In the heart of CityCenter on the Strip stand Veer Towers, the two golden towers that lean at five degree angles. Buyers have said they are attracted to Veer Towers because of their location, unit selection, views and amenities. Since restarting sales in February, Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing has sold more than 90 units.

Veer offers luxury shopping, fine dining, world-class entertainment and gaming within walking distance. Residents are surrounded by the luxury and convenience of The Shops at Crystals, the Gallery Row Shops, Aria, Vdara and Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.

“You can go from a fine dinner to a Cirque du Soleil performance to a hot nightclub, all without getting in your car,” said Jim Navarro, vice president of sales for Veer Towers. “And getting back to your condo is simple and fast because your private tower entrance is right there.”

At home, owners relax at the rooftop entertainment areas in each tower that include an infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck and summer kitchen. They enjoy views of the Strip from their condos, the fitness center, billiard rooms and lounges on the top floor. A private driveway leads to separate vehicle entrances, secured elevators and valet service, all monitored by 24-hour security.

A sense of community also draws people to Veer Towers. “Everything we do here – social gatherings, parties, property improvements — are geared to the residents. Their interests are our first and only priority because they have exclusive use of the buildings and common areas,” Navarro said.

Enhancements are underway, he said. New designs in the lobbies and pool decks have been completed and more improvements are planned.

“There’s a sense that this is a great place to live, to meet people, and to enjoy the best the Strip has to offer,” Navarro said.

He said the “fully furnished for sale” program, offered by Pordes Residential, is grabbing the attention of buyers. Many high-end units are being sold as turn-key properties, which means buyers can purchase a residence one day and move in the next, he said.

Under the special program, units are decorated by Tui Lifestyle, which is known for its high-end style, fully decorated room settings that feature luxury furniture and decorative accessories. Others are furnished by Lee Bryan Interior Design, which also specializes in contemporary luxury designs. Together, the two firms have created 12 fully furnished and stocked homes.

In each unit, every detail is cared for, from furnishings to paper towels, toiletries and water stocked in the fridge, Navarro said.

“It is a white-glove experience that allows buyers to sign their contracts and move in without the hassle of having to decorate or stock their condos.”

“People are pleased with the prices, which reflect today’s market,” said Mark Pordes, CEO of Pordes Residential. “They have come down tremendously from the market peak, making luxury more affordable.”

“There will be less competition in 2014. Veer Towers will be one of the few buildings with quality units, but our units will sell quickly,” Pordes said.

Pordes and his sales team are listing studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums.

Prices range from $250,000 to $1.8 million. Multiple lenders have approved the project and offer financing for first- and second-homebuyers and for international buyers.

“You choose your residence and get started right away on a loan application,” Pordes said. “You’re quickly on your way to enjoying the luxurious lifestyle that makes Veer Towers a destination.”
