William Lyon Homes is offering financial incentives for homebuyers at its Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood through Dec. 31.
Sales agent Julia Giordani said homebuyers could get as much as $60,000 in their choice of builder upgrades and options, that would be included with the purchase of the home.

Every Tuscan Cliffs home begins with a list of standard features. Ceilings are 10 inches high, with select areas featuring architecturally- inspired boost and/or dropped ceiling detail.
With William Lyon Homes’ limited-time upgrade offer, it gives the buyer the ability to add that comfortable and convenient multigenerational suite, Giordani said. Homebuyers also can expand their garages to four bays. Upgrade further by bringing in expanses of natural light with multislide glass doors; create a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, countertop surfaces, and custom cabinetry. Add a loft or a bonus room, perhaps a cigar/wine room or a classic Italian loggia. Dress up the bar with perks that make entertaining even more enjoyable. Buyers can even design custom closets.
The three two-story floor plans available at Tuscan Cliffs, two of which have master bedroom suites downstairs, are within the Southern Highlands community in a lush and green area of gated seclusion.
