William Lyon provides space options at Rhapsody

William Lyon Homes’ northern valley neighborhood Rhapsody features three floor plans that range from 2,149 to 2,787 square feet and are priced from $218,000. Through structural options dependent upon the floor plan, buyers may add an extra bedroom and bath, den, bonus room, or multigenerational suite that can increase their home’s size to more than 3,000 square feet.

“Rhapsody is a lovely neighborhood with big, beautiful homes that are designed around great rooms and are perfect for families of all sizes,” sales agent Julia Giordani said. “These homes offer wide open living space, both inside and out, with options for up to six bedrooms and 4½ baths and generously sized yards ideal for outdoor entertaining.

“This neighborhood especially appeals to buyers who need to have a bedroom with a bath on the first floor, and large families are impressed by the many different room configurations that can extend their living space to meet their family’s unique needs.”

The Plan Three model is a prime example of how a buyer might personalize their home through structural options.

Priced from $245,000, the 2,787-square-foot, two-story model comes standard with a first-floor master suite plus four upstairs bedrooms and a three-car garage. Options allow for a bonus room to be built over the two-car garage, as well as the opportunity to create a private multigenerational suite on the second floor. Additionally, there is an option for a sixth bedroom with attached bath on the first floor. The result: Building a home that meets the buyer’s specific needs and increasing the home’s blueprint to more than 3,000 square feet.

“Our Plan Three is a beautiful model that is perfect for those seeking a lot of space. It’s ideal for multigenerational families because it has a spacious master suite on the first floor along with the option for us to create another first-floor bedroom with attached bath in place of the third garage bay,” Giordani said.

“The bonus room on the second floor creates an additional living room area, and the multigen room option further defines this area as a separate, private living space by connecting the bonus room to a bedroom and a full bath. This is a great house that can meet the many, many different needs of today’s buyers.”

A Plan Three is nearing completion and can be ready for 30-day move-in.

Two additional models are featured. The single-story Plan One features three bedrooms and two baths in 2,149 square feet and a three-car garage, with options for a fourth bedroom and a den. Featuring 2,496 square feet is Plan Two, a two-story residence with four bedrooms; 2½ baths; three-car garage; and options for a home office, and a fifth and/or sixth bedroom.

Each home features an open great-room design; an island kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and pantry; three-car garage; and options for additional bedrooms and baths, dens, patio cover, and numerous choices in flooring, cabinets and countertops.

“Our buyers are equally impressed by Rhapsody’s location near shopping and entertainment, several parks such as the new Craig Ranch Regional Park, and schools including a brand-new charter school being built just a few blocks away,” Giordani said.

“Plus, Rhapsody has attracted the attention of military families with our $5,000 military incentive plus our northern valley location convenient to the VA hospital and Nellis Air Force Base.”

To visit Rhapsody, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road and head west, turning north on Bruce Street and proceed to Washburn Road. Or, take the northern 215 Beltway to the Losee Road exit, head south to Washburn, and turn west.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 1 p.m.
