William Lyon unveils new neighborhood
William Lyon Homes is unveiling Southern Nevada’s newest neighborhood today as it unlocks the model home doors of Series II at Tivoli in Mountain Falls. The builder’s newest neighborhood combines Tuscan-style home designs, a relaxed lifestyle and resort-style amenities to create an “oasis in the desert” 45 miles west of Las Vegas, off state Route 160.
The new single-story series of four-home designs, within the 1,050-acre Mountain Falls master-planned golf course community just outside of Pahrump, features residences with style, function and affordable prices.
“The new homes in Tivoli offer an abundance of value and you will not be able to find houses like these with their many designer features at these modest prices in large cities like Las Vegas … ,” sales agent Debbie Davis said.

The first phase of homes has just been released for sale and should be ready for move-in by the end of spring.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when models open at 1 p.m.
