Warm Las Vegas Valley for a few days before cold temps return

Temperatures will rise over the next few days in the Las Vegas Valley, but colder weather is on the way.

Monday’s high should be 59 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, and Tuesday’s high should climb to 62. Light winds are expected each day.

Wednesday’s forecast high is 64 degrees with 10-15 mph winds in the morning that will pick up to 20-25 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Winds will diminish Wednesday night, and Thursday should be calm and sunny, the weather service said, but the high is expected to drop to 52 on Thursday and Friday.

Saturday will be slightly warmer with a 55-degree high, the weather service said. A high of about 50 degrees is predicted for Sunday.
