Boulder Highway car lot sold for $2.5 million, broker says
A small automobile dealership on Boulder Highway was recently sold for $2.5 million after multiple offers for the property, the broker said Tuesday.
Ron McMenemy of McMenemy Investment Services represented the seller, B&K O’Hana.
The 3.9-acre dealership at 3333 Fremont St. was formerly home to Ugly Duckling and Drive Time used cars. It has a 19,000-square-foot display showroom with offices and a separate parts and service department.
McMenemy said the seller had several offers, but chose Fremont Boulder Crossing, a company owned by Gus Mehri. He owns Newport Motors in Las Vegas and was a former tenant on the property 20 years ago.
