Among the holiday decorations inside the Palazzo are approximately 225,000 cranberries poured into the resort’s atrium pond.

Ocean Spray donated the cranberries, which are often used as a holiday decoration enhancement.

Assistant R-J Business Editor Dan Behringer calculated that based on the closing stock price of Las Vegas Sands Friday, $5.05 a share, the decorations add up to 44,554 cranberries per share.

Behringer quipped that this might make a “bog” item rather than a blog item.
