Historic Sahara hotel-casino closes after 59 years

On May 16, 2011 the legendary Sahara Hotel and Casino will close. Home to the Congo Room, the House of Lords Steakhouse and the NASCAR Cafe, the historic casino has seen the likes of Louis Prima, Duke Ellington, Buddy Hacket, Don Rickles, the Rat Pack and more.
