Seminar slated on buying home in buyers’ market
The College of Southern Nevada will hold a seminar on buying a home in a buyers market from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center Drive.
This course will cover selecting a real estate agent and lending specialist; determining how much you can afford; the pros and cons of foreclosures; short sales; and for-sale-by-owner transactions.
