College series to cover mortgage licensing
The College of Southern Nevada is offering a mortgage prelicensing and recertification series starting today at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center, Las Vegas.
Classes will run 6-9 p.m. Thursdays and Tuesdays for 10 weeks. The series, designed for people new to the industry or seeking recertification, will cover underwriting; credit report analysis; prime, nonprime, and government loans; appraisals; and ethics.
