Long-awaited second phase of Tivoli Village to open in October

A long-waited new phase of a suburban Las Vegas shopping center finally has an opening date.

Tivoli Village, a mixed-use shopping, office and dining center at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive, has scheduled the unveiling of its second phase in October.

RH Gallery, an upscale, mansion-style store that’s part of high-end home-goods retailer Restoration Hardware, is the phase’s anchor.

RH Gallery will have four stories of showroom floors in 70,000 square feet of space. The store is the largest yet under the RH Gallery concept. It will also be Restoration Hardware’s first Nevada location.

RH Gallery stores are built to look like custom homes, with garden terraces, wine bars and cafes.

The store is opening about six months later than its original scheduled launch this spring.

Cantor’s Deli will also come to Tivoli Village’s second phase.

Combined with the first phase, Tivoli will have a combined 450,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space.

Additional changes to the property will include a new main entrance from Rampart, a larger park and recreational space, a main valet, porte cochere and additional underground parking.
