Zappos.com employees saw a flurry of activity Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, also known as Cyber Monday, as consumers placed orders for products with the online retailer. The term "Cyber Monday" comes from the many online retailers who offer discounts and who also see jumps in sales on the Monday after Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
