Car hits 3-year-old, driver flees scene
A 3-year-old was critically injured after being hit by a car that fled the scene Monday night.
Las Vegas police said the car, described as a white four-door sedan, struck the child shortly before 7 p.m. on Cy Cliffview Circle, near Vegas Valley Drive and Lamb Boulevard.
According to witnesses, the driver got out of the vehicle, checked on the girl, and then fled the scene.
The child was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition.
