Man arrested in shooting death in North Las Vegas

A man was arrested in the shooting death of his cousin at his home in the 3600 block of Terneza Avenue early Sunday morning, according to North Las Vegas police.
Police received reports of a shooting about 1:30 a.m. at a house near Pecos Road and East Tropical Parkway.
Police found Ricardo A. Mora, 32, inside the house with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the victim was shot during an altercation with his cousin and roommate, Neftali Felipe Rodriguez, who fled before they arrived.
Police found Rodriguez about an hour and a half later walking near Craig Road and Interstate 15, with a handgun in his possession.
Rodriguez faces one count of murder with a deadly weapon and one count of carrying a concealed firearm.
