Man on scooter struck, killed in southwest valley
A man died after being struck by a vehicle Thursday afternoon when he crossed the street on a motorized scooter, Las Vegas police said.
Lt. John Liberty said that at 4:49 p.m. the man was crossing the street – outside of a crosswalk – at Jones Boulevard and Robindale Road.
He was struck by a Nissan.
The investigation is ongoing.
