Man sentenced to death – again
Richard Haberstroh was sentenced to death again on Monday.
In May, Haberstroh, 58, was again convicted of the 1986 kidnapping, rape and strangulation of Donna Kitowski.
That is thrice in the nearly three-decades-old case that he’s stood trial for Kitowski’s murder.
Haberstroh has repeatedly won appeals from higher courts granting him a new trial and penalty hearing.
All death sentences are automatically appealed.
