More than half of Reno businesses checked sold alcohol to minors

Police said more than half of the Reno businesses they checked in a weekend sting operation aren’t complying with underage drinking laws.

Eighteen of the 32 businesses checked failed the test.

The checks were funded through an Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws grant.
