ROTC adviser faces charge of sexual misconduct with student
An employee of Sunrise Mountain High School was booked into county jail Wednesday on a felony recommended charge of sexual misconduct with a student, Las Vegas police said.
Douglas Young, 49, an adviser for the northeast valley school’s ROTC program, was arrested after an investigation began Tuesday, police said.
Young remained at the Clark County Detention Center Wednesday night on $10,000 bail. Police said the investigation into Young is ongoing.
