Woman shot, killed in northwest Las Vegas
A woman was shot and killed in northwest Las Vegas late Thursday, police said.
At 10:49 p.m., officers were called to an apartment on the 2200 block of North Torrey Pines Drive after a report of a shooting, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement.
Investigators believe the woman was in an argument with a man who shot her multiple times and left before police arrived.
The woman will be identified by the Clark County coroner’s office after her family is notified.
The man had not been arrested as of Friday afternoon.
