Las Vegas police investigate deadly shooting in central valley
A person died after being shot Thursday in the central valley, Las Vegas police said.
Police were called just before 2 p.m. to the 4200 block of Ridgeview Drive, near South Torrey Pines Drive and West Flamingo Road.
Metropolitan Police Department spokesman Aden OcampoGomez said the victim was a female. Her age was not available.
Homicide investigators are on the scene. No other details were immediately available.
