Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his son Marston marked their birthdays surrounded by 31 Playboy Playmates on Saturday in front of the Palm Casino Resort marquee. Hef, who is getting married June 18, turned 85; Marston 21. Hef’s fiancée Crystal Harris accompanied him and young Hefner was with January Playmate of the Month Claire Sinclaire, who will be named Playboy’s Playmate of the Year next month in a ceremony at the Palms.
