Rain postpones NASCAR’s Coca-Cola 600, will race Monday

CONCORD, N.C. (AP) — NASCAR’s longest race of the season has been postponed by rain for the first time in 50 years. The race will run Monday at noon, the first time it will be held on Memorial Day.

The heavy rain lasted less than 15 minutes, but a persistent drizzle made it impossible to dry the track.
