When it comes to barbecue (or BBQ or bar-b-que or whatever other spelling you prefer) in Las Vegas, locals are extremely loyal to just a couple of spots —Rollin’ Smoke and John Road Kill Grill.
Rollin’ Smoke began as a food truck before moving into their main location, and they’ve been confirmed as a tenant in downtown’s Pawn Plaza.
Lucille’s Smokehouse, a chain out of California, was also a favorite. They have two Las Vegas locations — in Henderson and in Red Rock Casino.
Most of the people who put in their vote went family-owned and local with the two top responses as well as TC’s Rib Crib near Desert Breeze Park and Billy’s in the southwest valley.
