Boy, 12, found safe; was believed to be driving SUV, Henderson police say
A 12-year-old boy was found safe after he was reported missing late Thursday night, the Henderson Police Department said.
He was believed to be driving a Chevrolet Tahoe, and the Henderson Police Department had asked for the public’s help Thursday night in finding him.
Just before 1 a.m. on Friday, Henderson police issued a statement that said that Malakai Smith had been found safe. Police offered no other information about the incident.
A previous version of this story misstated when the boy was reported missing.
