2 men wounded in east valley shooting
Metro gang detectives were investigating a shooting in the east valley Monday night.
Two men were shot outside of an apartment complex located at 6360 E. Sahara Ave., near Tree Line Drive, a little before 8 p.m., Las Vegas police supervisor Lt. Dave Valenta said.
Police found spent .40 caliber rounds near the scene. Police did not yet know who was behind the shooting.
The wounded men were sent to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. Valenta could not immediately confirm their conditions.
