23-year-old from North Las Vegas died in plane crash

One of the victims in Sunday’s single-engine plane has been identified as 23-year-old Cody Hall, according to the Clark County coroner’s office.

Hall, of North Las Vegas, died after the Beech A45 he was in crashed about a mile west of the Boulder City Municipal Airport shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday.

Hall died one day after his 23rd birthday.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration.

The identity of the second victim has not been released.
