67-year-old Las Vegas killer dies in prison
A 67-year-old Northern Nevada inmate jailed almost 30 years ago in a Las Vegas murder case has died, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections.
Cecil Williams died at the prison’s medical center on Thursday, the department said. The cause of death will be determined by the Carson City Sheriff’s Office coroner.
Williams was serving two consecutive sentences of life for first-degree murder. He was imprisoned in 1987.
