Coroner IDs Las Vegas couple dead in murder-suicide
The elderly man and woman found dead Wednesday evening after what detectives classified as a murder-suicide were identified Thursday afternoon by the Clark County Coroner’s office.
Mary Carol Ray, 81, and Clyde Earl Ray, 84, were found about 6 p.m. Wednesday when officers were called to the 1900 block of Firebird Drive, near Cheyenne and Rampart Boulevard, Metro Lt. Joel Martin said Wednesday.
An initial investigation determined that the man shot his wife and turned the gun on himself, police said.
