Coroner IDs man found dead near Stratosphere
A man whose body was found near the Stratosphere late Wednesday morning has been identified, the Clark County coroner’s office said Thursday.
James Donald Segrest, 48, was found lying on the sidewalk at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard South and St. Louis Avenue.
Las Vegas police, who were called about 11:30 a.m., determined his death was not suspicious.
The coroner’s office on Thursday had not determined an official cause of death for Segrest, whose address was unknown.
