Leigh Ann Borchik of Henderson sent this photo of her late Nosey-Rosie. After bringing an injured cat to her veterinarian’s office, Borchik saw a photo of Rosie available for adoption. She had her seven years as of November. “She was a sweet baby. My heart aches with the hole!”

Sarah Taylor and Beth Mehocic of Henderson said, “Life was almost cut short in May for our sweet miniature schnauzer Tessa. Had it not been for Dr. James O’Dea of the Animal Emergency Center and Dr. Nicole Wagner, pictured, of Mountain Vista Animal Hospital, we would have lost her. We will be forever grateful to these vets for not giving up on her.”

Mama, Home 4 Spot: Mama is a loving, sweet Staffordshire bull terrier who was abandoned after providing multiple litters of puppies. Mama is probably 3 years old. Mama has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is house-trained. She is great with kids and people; she is excellent with other dogs if properly introduced.
