Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Hannigan, a 1998 Cimmarron High School graduate and Las Vegas native, is serving overseas with U.S. Navy Coastal Patrol Squadron 1, living and working at a Navy base in Manama, Bahrain. Hannigan is an operations specialist with the Bahrain-based unit, responsible for monitoring the air and surface tactical picture and controls helicopter movements in assessing underwater threats.
