Inmate dies in Northern Nevada prison medical facility
An inmate died Saturday morning at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City, the state’s department of corrections announced.
Anthony Daniels, 53, died at the prison’s medical facility, the department said in a news release. He was sentenced in Clark County in March and was serving 24 to 72 months in a coercion case.
Daniels’ cause of death will be available after an autopsy, NDOC said.
