Members of the Las Vegas Soaring Club fly their remote-controlled aircraft Sunday at a the club’s field located off West Charleston Boulevard, east of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
The club, which began in 1992, has become one of the oldest and largest RC soaring clubs in the Southwest, according to its website, lvsoaringclub.org.
