Las Vegas woman found dead in her home pool
A woman in her 70s was found dead, apparently after drowning in a pool at a residence near Desert Inn Road and Grand Canyon Drive.
Las Vegas police spokeswoman Laura Meltzer said police do not consider the death suspicious.
Police were called to the 9800 block of Eagle Rock Court at 11:30 a.m. Friday, where the woman was found in the pool.
Police are still gathering information. Meltzer said it appeared the woman may have been in the pool “for a little while.”
