Man arrested in connection with fatal hit-and-run
A man police say fled the scene of a fatal crash that killed a bicyclist in November has been arrested, Henderson police said Friday.
Cesar Gutierrez, 35, was arrested hiding in a Las Vegas apartment, according to police.
He was driving a car that killed 43-year-old Mario Regalado on Eastern Avenue near Evansville Avenue on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m., police said.
