Man critically injured in east valley shooting
A man was in critical condition after being shot in the east valley Wednesday night, Las Vegas police say.
Officers responded to 4509 Sunrise Ave., near Stewart Avenue and Lamb Boulevard, just after 7 p.m. after getting reports that a man had been shot in the neck and was unconscious.
The man was transported to University Medical Center in critical but stable condition, police said.
The shooting was under investigation. As of 8:20 p.m. police did not yet know the motive in the shooting.
