A man died Wednesday after a construction accident at UNLV.
University of Nevada, Las Vegas officials are working to determine what caused the incident, a spokesman said in a prepared statement.
The man, described as a contract worker, was critically injured just after 11 a.m. at The Thomas & Mack Center. He later died at a valley hospital, the university said.
Additional details were not immediately available. The man’s identity will be released by the Clark County coroner’s office after his family has been notified.
