Man killed in Craig Road scooter crash identified
The scooter operator who was killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday in North Las Vegas was identified Wednesday by the Clark County coroner’s office as Richard Eugene Elledge, 51, of Las Vegas.
Elledge was riding a scooter about 11:15 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Craig Road, near Interstate 15, when he was hit by a car, North Las Vegas police said.
He died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle fled, police said.
