Man killed in North Las Vegas crash identified
A man killed Thursday night in a North Las Vegas wreck has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office as 49-year-old Nicolas Lugo.
North Las Vegas police and medical crews were called about 7:30 p.m. to the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Carey Avenue.
Lugo was westbound on Carey in a sedan when he crashed into an SUV that was making a U-turn, police said. Lugo died at University Medical Center.
The driver of the SUV, 38, suffered injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
